The B2B Marketing team is seeking an Email Developer who will be responsible for the successful development of dynamic email templates, HTML, and deployment of outbound campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to fulfill a business-critical role on a fun and growing team. 

This role is technically driven, working in close partnership with marketing and creative teams, to develop and implement communications across the email channel. The role includes coding and building, QA, optimization, and performance monitoring.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate with marketing and design resources to procure creative assets and understand requirements
• Build highly complex and customized email campaigns that render across all email clients and devices
• Adhere to quality assurance processes and standards by rigorously testing emails 
• Partner with the creative team to on vision and strategy for the email channel, while ideating and executing with thoughtful attention to detail
• Independently manage production tasks and deliverable milestones 
• Keep up with industry standards and new best practices in email development

Qualifications:

• 3+  years prior experience of email development
• Strong technical skills including an expertise in HTML and CSS
• Advanced understanding of web development tools and technologies for email building and deployment (e.g. Iterable, Hubspot) 
• Experienced in responsive email design
• Strong QA process experience and attention to detail is essential
• Experience with A/B testing and email optimization
