As our DEG Engineering Execution Manager, you will be part of a design-id-level leadership team that is responsible for the overall success of the project. This includes all facets of pre-silicon planning, post silicon execution and scaling the project from NPI to HVM. It is an exciting, rewarding and fast-paced position that provides for great collaboration opportunities both within and outside of DEG.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Act as point of communication for DEG on all product status related updates to cross functional teams across the company
  • Product Engineering representative in cross functional forums
  • Work with BU and NPI marketing team to define when product is considered ready to sample to a customer (i.e. 1st pass qual success)
  • Ensure that extended teams are working in unison to achieve key project goals on schedule.
  • Product yield goals
  • Product Validation
  • Product Qualification
  • Customer Qual Sample timelines
  • Customer Qualifications Sample 1st pass qualification success



Education & Experience Necessary for Success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Electrical, Computer Engineering or Equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in DRAM Product, Design, Yield Enhancement or related engineering, project management or management/leadership.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working across multiple sites and time-zones
