DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Persuade prospective Clients that our solution is the best option to achieve their desired business outcomes
• To engage with the prospective Client on the value proposition Logility offers
• To differentiate and elevate the Company's pursuit team members' ability to engageme with the prospect on the subject of value.
• To increase the competency level our AEs, BCs, BDMs, Implementation, and R&D team members to engage in the entire life cycle of a Client based value mindset.
• To establish a value based selling and implementation model.
• Lead the orientation of value realization to other teams including Marketing, R&D, and Services.
• Improve customer satisfaction by implementing a value tracking methodology.
• Increase in customer loyalty and long term revenue retention

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years creating/managing value engineering programs
• 5+ years supply chain experience as an operational leader in one of our target markets
• 5+ years consulting experience in a big 5 consulting firm.
• 5+ years sales Support experience in a supply chain enterprise software company

Education Requirements:
• MBA or CPA Preferred
