  • Review and provide feedback on your team’s technical design documents, code, and test plans
  • Mentor and coach the engineers on your team to ensure their continued growth and development
  • Work with others in engineering management to drive best practices in software development, testing, and production deployment

What you'll need:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience leading a software development team through the full development life cycle
  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • Experience in developing highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience attracting, hiring, and maintaining top talent and a passion for leadership
  • Track record of developing engineers through various career stages and building high-performance teams
  • Demonstrated ability to balance high standards and long-term solutions with the need to move fast

Bonus:

  • Experience or passion for supply chain
  • Experience with owning an ML/ science focused product
