Job Description This position is an exciting opportunity to build a new team to modernize and support the Customer Platforms. As a senior leader in IT Organization Management, you will be leading innovation to develop solutions that have an everyday impact on customers and users around the globe. As a leader of organizational, operational and technological change, you'll build partnerships with technology and business groups across the firm. You'll also manage a high-performing team from multiple job families who share your passion for technology and innovation.
This role requires a variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in large-scale software development in one or more programming language
  • Advanced experience working with two or more from the following: web application development, distributed database, Mainframe, AIX/Unix/Linux distributed and parallel systems, networking, large scale software development, Kubernetes, Public/Private Cloud
  • Experience working with version control tools such as Bitbucket, Github
  • Developing monitoring tools and log analysis tools such as AppDynamics, Apica, Splunk, Dynatrace, Jmeter, Geneos
  • Experience with Incident Management
  • Experience implementing and/or using Git/Stash, Jenkins, AIM, JIRA, and code quality & security scanning tools
  • Ability to build an innovative culture
  • Strategic planning (e.g., roadmap creation and execution)
  • Expertise in working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
