About our Quality Assurance Team:
Our QA team has end-to-end ownership of building a quality product. Through automation and functional testing, the team validates a variety of products to offer our customers a seamless banking experience.
As a Director of QA, you will directly manage QA engineers on our product teams and will participate in product specification reviews and architectural design sessions by providing input from a quality and team allocation standpoint. You will also identify testing and automation strategies for various features and functionalities.
Within your first year, you will develop an understanding of how to deliver high performing software at pace of development. You will work in an environment that promotes ownership at all levels including configuring and monitoring apps in production.
Our Core Technologies Include:
Java, Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, Maven, Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, PostgreSQL, REST Assured, SumoLogic, Honeycomb, Docker, Kubernetes, Gatling, Scala, Prometheus, Grafana
What You'll Do:
- Manage a large team (25 and growing) of highly skilled, ambitious and technical full-stack QA professionals.
- Define and execute a QA strategy based on our development roadmap, operational challenges, and vision for the QA team.
- Lead recruitment of QA Engineers and ensure retention of top-talent. Goal setting, monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback to the direct reports.
- Use a wide range of cutting-edge technology to innovate testing methodologies and execution strategies for scale.
- Work in an ever-challenging environment to hone your hands-on skills in Automation, performance, service layer testing, observability, etc.

- Ensure adequate test coverages over all critical paths of new and existing product flows.
What We Look For:
- Ability to develop test strategies for Web, API, Mobile and ETL delivery pipelines
- Prior management experience at Director level or similar, with a track record of managing Individual contributors and managers
- Hands-on experience developing test automation at scale, with Java using Selenium
- Passion for continuously researching and staying ahead on adoption of testing tools and processes
- Familiarity maintaining vendor relationships and contracts
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product and Devops teams across locations and time zones
