Required Qualifications
5+ years' experience in software engineering, specifically within Full Stack development using Java, J2EE, Angular and NodeJS
3+ years of experience in server-side templating languages, front-end technologies
3+ years of experience in programming using Node.js, frameworks (e.g. Express, Nest), JavaScript, Docker and Kubernetes
2+ years of experience in RESTful Microservices using Spring boot
Knowledge and experience working on relational databases like SQL, Oracle 119/12c, No-SQL ( Cassandra, MongoDB) DB2 10.0+ capabilities/functionalities
Knowledge of strong encryption methodologies, and common authentication patterns.
Understanding accessibility and security compliance (FIPS)

Preferred Qualifications
Strong desire to build in test from the start with TDD development experience
Knowledge and Experience in JIRA, Rally, GIT, Jenkins, Gradle - Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Splunk, App Dynamics etc.
Experience in applying DevOps strategies, designs, implementations, and working with tools and utilities like Maven, SonarQube, Jenkins, IntelliJ etc
Experience working with Azure or GCP cloud
Experience with production operations such as troubleshooting issues when they arise
Able to effectively communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing (design specs, architecture diagrams, presentations)
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
Familiar with Agile Methodologies like SAFe
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
