About the job
The Red Hat Digital Experience team is looking for a Digital Architect to join our Digital Strategy and Activation team. In this role, you will work closely with digital strategists, lifecycle specialists, and architects to define and scale our partner nurture framework. You should be an innovator with technical knowledge, solid marketing automation experience, and ability to develop digital experiences from start to finish for our partner ecosystem. You should be motivated and organized and able to understand and discuss digital architecture at business and technical level in a fast-paced environment. You should be a holistic thinker, willing to learn to understand our partner landscape and specialize in the architecture of our partner marketing motions. As a Digital Architect, you should be able to manage multiple projects in various phases, provide technical expertise and balance strategic thinking with tactical delivery. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
What you will do

  • Build and manage partner life cycle campaigns from beginning to end, monitor results, and provide recommendations and take actions to improve
  • Own the partner digital solutions architecture from end-to-end, including segmentation, marketing technology activation, contact flow, and accurate campaign tracking
  • Act as a subject matter expert on audience data and segmentation to deliver highly targeted, personalized experiences
  • Lead partner email data insight efforts to identify where contacts are in their journey and how we can accelerate conversion and velocity
  • Assess and fully understand the key projects' desired outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify trends and findings within our existing partner efforts to better optimize in the future
  • Lead efforts to ensure database growth of partner organic and third-party contacts
  • Coordinate with Marketing Technology and Operations teams on data ecosystem and contact workflows
  • Marketing with the Market Development team on prospect volume and quality and establish what areas need to be adjusted


What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience
  • 2+ years of practical marketing automation experience; experience with Eloqua or Marketo experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to translate concepts and business requirements into well-architected digital experiences
  • Demonstrated commitment to make an immediate impact through a positive and proactive nature
  • Excellent presentation and collaboration skills to guide solutions, gain credibility, and build rapport within a performance-oriented team environment
  • Passion for building relationships, process, and technology


The following are considered a plus:

  • Experience in IT or technology marketing
  • Background in inbound marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
  • Experience in front end development including HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC)
