Stage 2 Security (S2) is seeking a DevSEcOps Engineer in Lehi, UT or telework. This exciting technical role will support major customer(s) container and automation environments. You must be legally allowed to work in the US and the work must be done in the US. The candidate will be a self-starter with a proven record of accomplishment of delivering exceptional results. This role will work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams to drive positive outcomes for our business partners. 

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with the following: Salt/Ansible Type systems, Linux System Maintenance, Zeek (Bro) Suricata, and CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins)
• Utilizing Python for large data curation. 
• Interact with platform customers and translate their business requirements into actionable development tasks. 
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, Experience working with and building Continuous Integration projects 
• May be working with AWS (S3, EC2, VPC, etc.) and / or GCP. 

Experience: 

• Five years or more of solution design and deployment work in a SaaS / DevOps / Container / Cloud environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salt/Ansible Type systems
• Hands-on experience with Linux System Maintenance
• Hands-on experience with Zeek (Bro) Suricata
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins)
• Development experience in Python is preferred, particularly dealing with large data curation
• Experience implementing and supporting solutions built on cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP 
• Strong technical background and customer orientation. 
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and desire to continue learning. 
• Excellent organizational, communication (written & oral), critical thinking, and analytical skills 
• You must be legally allowed to work in the US and the work must be done in the US.
