We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will work to develop, deliver, and maintain an award-winning Continuous Integration (CI) System by focusing on the Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback and Kaizen tools as a way of improving the life for improving workplace processes. The ideal engineer will bring their experiences, standard methodologies, and a collaborative attitude to help drive DevOps initiatives within an Agile environment. You will work closely with architects and engineers to research, plan and deliver solutions. You will need to adapt to changing requirements and product team directions to support our business initiatives. Working with a sense of urgency yet remaining calm is key.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support and advise on Cloud networking and Amazon Web Services (AWS) including orchestrator.
  • Provide knowledge and expertise on Security related functions related to continuous integration.
  • Provide knowledge and help to drive secured development processes.
  • Utilize Jenkins, Docker and drive Agile software development process adoption through program management and quality functions.
  • Work with collaborative DevOps Team members in the USA and in India



Qualifications:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong customer focus and experience leading program management or quality functions within a high tech



company.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in any of Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering
  • 2+ years professional DevOps experience.
  • Experience with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD).
  • Experience in Jenkins.
  • Experience in Agile development and continuous integration processes.
  • 1+ years AWS Cloud Experience, certifications preferred.
  • Experience supporting on-prem to Cloud migrations is highly desired.
  • Networking experience is highly desired.
  • 1+ years Linux and Windows system administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must.
  • Tools and Languages:
  • GIT, Prometheus, Grafana
  • Scripting Languages: Perl, Python and Shell
  • Hands-on experience with test and automation tools development, methodologies, regression desirable.
  • Knowledge of the full product development life cycle (specification through product delivery), SW design methodologies, and product test strategies.
  • Works best in a highly collaborative environment where pair programming modality is common
  • Values team culture and wants to contribute to the culture of a high functioning team
  • Skilled at explaining complex ideas to audiences of varying technical depth
  • Experience collaborating and communicating with multi-functional teams is required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Experience in the Test and Measurement Industry is a plus.
  • Machine Learning experience is a plus.
