We are looking for someone with a diverse background across front-end, back-end, continuous integration and deployment technologies to help us supercharge our product teams’ delivery of new features and cultivate best practices around deployment, monitoring and language style standardization.. You’ll work closely with both our engineering and operations teams to architect solutions that make it super easy for developers to work with microservices locally and enable engineers to iterate and deploy features quickly with confidence. You’ll build out tooling that supports both engineering and the company at large.

• Steward and deliver lightweight development environment architecture that enables engineers to quickly spin up and work on multiple services with a single command.
• Optimize our  microservice strategy (and architect integration & e2e solutions) to enable frequent deployments in a highly regulated environment
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to identify areas where automated tooling will save time across the engineering team.
• Architect and automate stand-alone environments that can be used for testing new features and demoing product capabilities to potential customers.
• Deliver solutions to support the engineering & product teams across the organization. 
• Automate the capture and reporting of quality metrics & mentor development teams to build-in deployment & observability practices that enable frequent delivery of incremental software updates with confidence.

• Experience developing & operationalizing initial software product go-to-markets
• Experience migrating host or VM based applications to a container orchestration platform like Kubernetes
• Experience with regulatory regimes such as HIPAA and GDPR
• Experience with blue / green deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of multiple programming paradigms (functional, OO, imperative, etc.)
• Experience in a rapidly growing environment, or as a fully remote employee - we use Slack and Zoom extensively, and our team is 100% remote.
