Curriculum Developer
The Equifax USIS Direct to Consumer (D2C) Curriculum Developer is responsible for the design and development of Instructor-led training programs under the direction of the Manager of Curriculum Development. The role develops content primarily consumed by Voice and Image Processing teams consumer contact teams.

What You'll Do
- Effectively conduct needs assessments and needs analysis to determine training program goals and metrics.
- Perform role analysis and task inventories.
- Partner with peers to establish training development standards and submit them to the Manager of Curriculum Development for final approval.
- Manage the completion of multiple projects and monitor their progress against expected project timelines.
- Develop interactive scenario-based training programs against the established learning objectives.
What experience you'll need
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Training and Development (will consider less experience with an appropriate degree).
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, HR, Communications, Psychology, Master's degree preferred. Candidates with significant experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirements.

- Intermediate to advance knowledge of Articulate 360.
- Instructional design project management.
- Master's degree in Instructional Design.
