How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

We have a group of employees who regularly use their lunch break to workout in the gym in our office building. Some days we'd workout in groups, take yoga or spin classes, or even orchestrate our own version of Orange Theory on the treadmills & rowers. What does career growth look like on your team?

I just celebrated 3 years here & can’t believe how much I’ve grown since I started. After having success as an Account Executive, I became a Team Leader, & as the team grew I was promoted to Sales Manager & then Director. Working remotely, I’ve loved finding new ways to help my Reps grow & develop. I can’t wait to see what the next 3+ years brings!

Director, Mid-Market Sales

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?
