As part of the Platforms Services TSE team, you will be providing premium support for private and public cloud offerings in support of JPMC application teams. Key responsibilities of the TSE team are:

• Troubleshoots priority incidents, interface with Engineering/Product teams and ensure remediation/permanent closure of incidents
• Leverage monitoring frameworks to accomplish end to end flow monitoring and noiseless alerting
• Provide oversight for the creation and maintenance of Service Level Objectives, root cause analysis, stakeholder management and communication
• Adds value to team delivery and works with team to complete tasks to high quality and actively learns new skills
• Be part of the 24x7 support coverage as needed
• Coaches other team members and manages teams as needed

Qualifications
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of incident resolution experience in a large scale operations environment
Experience with one or more cloud platforms like Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure
Working knowledge of Python, Java
Experience with AWS offerings such as AWS RDS, Redshift and Streaming
Understanding of Network and Cloud Technologies, i.e. Security, Load Balancing, and Network Routing Protocols
Experience/knowledge administering application servers, web servers, and databases (Tomcat, WebSphere, Nginx, Microsoft IIS, Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra etc.)
Understanding of cloud, virtualization, APIs, and network components
Proven ability to understand and troubleshoot complex problems under pressure
Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring and ops analysis tools such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, etc.
Experience in leveraging event monitoring solutions using tools like Kafka.
Expertise in Agile methodology and should be able work with at least one of the common frameworks
