Position ::: Cloud Engineer
Location ::: Westlake, TX (Hybrid)
Type ::: 12+ Months Contract
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Proven hands-on software development and engineering experience.
- Experience working in sophisticated architectural designs and technology initiatives.
- 3+ years' experience working in agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban).
- REST API development leveraging JAVA, Spring Boot, NodeJS.
- Event Driven application design and development utilizing KAFKA.
- Database development using PL/SQL for Oracle.
- API Gateway publishing with APIGEE/WSO2.
- Production Support Operations Tools like Splunk/Datadog/Kibana.
- Application development on Public Cloud - e.g. AWS(Serverless (Lambda), EKS, Step Functions, Lambda, S3, Glue).
Must have:
- AWS (Serverless, Dynamo DB, EKS, Lambda, step functions)
- Java (APIs, Spring Boot)
- Kafka (Kafka resiliency)
