Your Mission
As a Cloud Support Engineer - GCP at SADA India, you will be responsible for working directly with customers in providing high-end technical support including troubleshooting in Cloud Services.

Expectations
Customer Facing - You will interact with customers on a regular basis. You can expect to interact with a range of customer stakeholders, including engineers, technical project managers, and executives. You will need to escalate issues to Google support, when required, and perform regular follow-ups.
Work Timings - You should be open to working in US shift timings.
Job Requirements
Required Credentials:
- Google’s Associate Cloud Engineer certification or able to complete within the first 90 days of employment.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in providing technical support with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the following – Kubernetes, Linux Administration, Networking, DevOps
- Experience in providing support for Google Cloud Platform products and solutions including, Google Kubernetes Engine, Google Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Stack driver, and other Google-related services.
- Strong understanding of access control administration (user accounts, permission models)
- Familiarity with networking (NAT, firewalls, basic routing, load balancing, etc.)
- Familiarity with common Linux troubleshooting tools (vmstat, iostat, lsof, strace, etc.)
Useful Qualifications:
- Network/Performance monitoring and logging experience
