Your Mission


As a Cloud Support Engineer - GCP at SADA India, you will be responsible for working directly with customers in providing high-end technical support including troubleshooting in Cloud Services.

As you continue to execute successfully, we will build a customized development plan together that leads you through the engineering or management growth tracks. 


Expectations


Customer Facing - You will interact with customers on a regular basis. You can expect to interact with a range of customer stakeholders, including engineers, technical project managers, and executives. You will need to escalate issues to Google support, when required, and perform regular follow-ups.


Work Timings - You should be open to working in US shift timings.


Job Requirements


Required Credentials:


  • Google’s Associate Cloud Engineer certification or able to complete within the first 90 days of employment.


Required Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in providing technical support with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge in one or more of the following – Kubernetes, Linux Administration, Networking, DevOps
  • Experience in providing support for Google Cloud Platform products and solutions including, Google Kubernetes Engine, Google Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Stack driver, and other Google-related services.
  • Strong understanding of access control administration (user accounts, permission models)
  • Familiarity with networking (NAT, firewalls, basic routing, load balancing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with common Linux troubleshooting tools (vmstat, iostat, lsof, strace, etc.)

Useful Qualifications:


  • Network/Performance monitoring and logging experience
