Overview:
A Citizen Developer is a department coworker who configures, develops, and maintains automations by using development environments provided by Enterprise IT. A coworker in this role has an automation centric mindset and has an interest in building technology solutions using Enterprise IT tools and following IT Governance Best Practices to develop and maintain automation functions for the increase of business productivity.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Knowledge and Experience using formulas and functions within Microsoft products
- Knowledge and Experience utilizing flow chart like tools such as Lucid or Visio
- Knowledge and Experience using the application of the Business process
- Required Education: High school diploma
- Preferred Certifications:
- Lean Six Sigma
- Certified Scrum Master
- UiPath RPA Associate
- UiPath RPA Advanced Developer
- Preferred Experience:
- Programming or Application Development
- Software Development Life Cycle
