Job Summary:

The activities of a staff integrating hardware and/or software framework, systems and/or product design functions or designing underlying architecture for use in one or more product offerings. Evaluates final results of design assuring accomplishment of technical objectives. Prepares and presents reports outlining the outcome of projects and makes recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works with senior management to set the technical direction for company products and services.
• Leads and guides the development and maintenance products and services ensuring they align with the company's strategic and business plans.
• Researches and evaluates new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within the company's products and services.
• Partners with sales, marketing, business and/or outsourcing management to develop strategies to increase the company's customer base, provide technical sales support and enhance customer relationships.
• Supports development and product management by providing high-level analysis and design reviews, performance, scalability and benchmark test leadership, and subject matter expertise in technology and design.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Must have payments industry experience
• 15+ years of related experience

Work Environment:

• Standard work environment
• Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
