Chief Architect
Assist in stakeholder interviews and documenting information
Preparing business cases for changes, rationalization, or transformation of applications within the landscape Working with the application, technology, product, and domain owners to ensure that roadmaps are present & maintained for their respective entries in the catalog.
Assisting in gathering the metrics of the landscape, and the EA processes as a steward of the enterprise.
Assist in Architecture Review Board processes, including monitoring the pipeline of requests and scheduling reviews with the Act as a steward of the master inventory of applications, technologies, domains, and standards Assess and adapt Architecture Frameworks to operational processes, business processes, services, capabilities, systems, and data views to meet program objectives.
Do significant competitive research and Excellent communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MA/MS (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of experience
Secret Clearance
DoD 8570 IAT III - one of the following IA certifications: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP
Compute Environment Certification In addition to the baseline IA certification requirement for their level listed above the DoD 8570.1 mandate states IATs with privileged access must obtain appropriate Computing Environment (CE) certifications for the operating system(s) and/or security related tools/devices they support as required by their employing organization. (e. g. Microsoft certifications for Microsoft systems support technicians for the specific system the IAT is spending most of his or her time supporting)
10+ years of IT experience with in Enterprise IT environments including cloud and third party outsourced components
3+ years of experience architecting, engineering, supporting or developing enterprise IT solutions in hosted and cloud
environment
2+ years of experience as an Architect
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with at least three of the following domains: cloud, analytics, data management, infrastructure, access
channels, security, applications, software engineering, networking, or systems integration preferred
Experience with wireless communications, network security, voice and data networking systems
