As a DRAM Cell device Engineer in the technology development group at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be working with an industry leading team on cutting edge technologies to enable future memory products. You will be responsible for the analysis of electrical test results, driving improvements to cell device performance and reliability, performing device characterization, developing data automation tool et al. As part of the position, you will have opportunities to work closely with the data engineering team, Process Development team, and Product Engineering team, Product design team and failure analysis team et al.
Your experience brings:

• Some background in semiconductor device characterization.
• Good knowledge of semiconductor device physics is required.
• Knowledge of programming languages (such as C++, python), software tools is a plus
• Basic Knowledge of mainstream memory such as DRAM, NAND, NOR et al
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis.
• Knowledge of CMOS operation.
• Understanding of circuit operation and product architecture in semiconductor memory products.
• Good communication skills and self-motivated.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
