The Integration Developer will join a team that is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Business Systems in collaboration with other Business System Admins/Architects, and Project Managers.  You will define, prioritize, guide, and implement comprehensive solutions, pay down technical debt, and spearhead changes to improve the scalability of our current and future integrations.

What will you own?

  • Day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for our rapidly-growing user community - both on-site and in remote locations
  • Direct activities of 3rd party remote support developers (monitoring, maintenance and new development)
  • Maintain a stable Enterprise Integration Hub: (e.g. reduce redundant workflows; create an efficient role structure; limit unnecessary validations, required fields, custom fields and objects)
  • Requirement gathering and implementation of solutions that support new business processes and Integrations to the Sales and Financial applications
  • Developing test scripts and performing Unit Testing for enhancements/changes to the current integrations
  • Work closely with Salesforce & ERP Architects to prioritize, design, optimize and implement processes to support business operations and enhancements
  • Help to identify and resolve errors, and enforce standards for Integration best practices
  • Key member of future Enterprise System programs designing data conversion strategies

Important Note: Although we list out what we generally look for, we are very likely missing other attributes and skills that you have that could make you a great fit, but are not currently listed. Research has shown this especially applies to women and other marginalized groups, who tend to apply if they check 100% of every box, versus men who apply if they hit roughly 60%. The point we’re getting at, it doesn’t hurt to take a chance and apply!

What you have:

  • 10+ years of experience working with various integration and ETL tools (Dell Boomi, Python, Mulesoft, Informatics etc.)
  • Familiarity with sales and Quote to Cash processes
  • Experience integrating to SFDC, EBS and ERP systems
  • History of supporting integrations with proprietary and legacy systems
  • Familiarity with standard SDLC change management processes
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Preference for experience designing and developing integrations in support of Enterprise System implementation
  • Prior system integration experience as a consultant would be a plus
