About the team
Professional Services is a team that supports the FIS client base as they look to implement or modify the FIS Cores and/or ancillary applications.
The team consists of professionals with a wide range of banking knowledge who leverage these skills to bring value to our clients by assisting them in the work that they need to meet their strategic behavior.
What you will be doing
The Business Solutions Engineers also known as Solution Architects work hand in hand with the client and FIS teams to gather business requirements, provide solution recommendations and provide an interface between the two parties.

• You will be working closely with clients to help them identify and provide solutions for their business and technology needs.
• You will work closely with our FIS ancillary applications sharing the information that you have gathered from our clients, and supporting them by creating documentation for the proposed solution.
• You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a larger team, bringing your expertise to the programs.
