Job Description We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager with a strong technical background and experience managing and directing technical teams. We are in the process of modernizing our legacy systems and embarking on a massive modernization journey to rewrite our traditional ETL pipelines in Java/Spark. You will play a vital role in this journey with your big data experience and expertise. Manage engineering teams in delivery of the product priorities with high quality solutions that meet customers' needs. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Must have at least 5 years experience Managing and Directing technical teams
• Big Data experience and expertise
• Application ownership
• Data warehouse application management experience with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation.
• Data Governance applications- Metadata,
• Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering big data projects using Kafka, Spark and related stack on Hadoop or Cloud
• Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all systems
• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as - Java, Python, Scala, Hadoop etc
