Republic is looking for a Back End Software Engineer to play an integral part in building and scaling our revolutionary investment platform.

What you'll do:

• Get your hands dirty in all parts of the stack using tools such as Ruby on Rails + Redis + Sidekiq + PostgreSQL
• Integrate and optimize API connections to a wide range of third-party service providers
• Build products from scratch as well as support existing products used by over 1 million active users
• Collaborate with a smart team in a fast-paced environment across dozens of services and products in the fintech space
• Work with a growing distributed global team of engineers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a professional Back End Software Engineer with Ruby on Rails (RoR) experience
• Experience supporting a web application product in Production environments
• Production experience with GraphQL
• You have experience working as a part of a team with Product, Project Managers, stakeholders, Q/A, and other Engineers
