Key skills and responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop relationships with clients and team
• Coach and develop other Salesforce consultants
• Guide, support, plan and execute Salesforce implementation engagements
• Ability to train and troubleshoot with end users on Salesforce
• Active participant in staff recruitment and retention activities
• Ability to communicate and deliver solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to multi-task and keep multiple responsibilities moving forward simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of CRM implementation or cloud-based software implementation experience
• Prior experience with Salesforce implementations
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Business, Technology, Accounting, MIS or other related business fields.
• Ability to travel 30%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Prior technical consulting experience
• Prior leadership experience
• Experience with software and technology companies
• Desired Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
• Other certifications and experience: Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft office skills, experience with Microsoft Azure, Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodologies
