Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled AWS Solution Architect who will be responsible for solution architecting with AWS landing zone and Ensures that the cloud architecture is effectively designed to utilize cloud resources.

Responsibilities: • Creates cloud assessments, gap analysis, and documentations. • Creates the gap assessment remediation plan and designs the cloud architecture• Guide cloud developers & engineers to implement the remediation for identified landing zone gaps.• He/ She should be in a position to quickly adopt any existing or new services from AWS to design and deploy the architecture.• Develops cloud related process, in conjunction with other teams. • Ensures that the cloud design is adhering to required standards, high availability, fault tolerant and disaster recovery requirements and industry-based compliance needs.• He / She should be closely work with Application team / customer to understand the requirement• Identify the appropriate solution, which is align with business requirement and getting acceptance from application team/Customer. • Briefing the solution to Cloud developers/engineers for deployment • Document solutions using customer approved format and leveraging pre-approved architecture patterns.• Represent newly architected solutions for customers at the weekly cloud governance meeting.• Work closely with the customer and Build Engineers during the build process to help answer questions, provide clarity and champion the solution.• Stay current on new AWS services and offerings in order to make these solutions available for our customers.• Define and implement best practice and process on AWS infrastructure for the applications.

Required Skills/Qualifications: • 12+ years relevant experience in technology/software consulting with 10+ years of design, implementation and/or consulting experience with distributed applications or systems architecture.• EC2, ELB, ECS EKS, API Gateway, LAMBDA, ECS, FARGATE, ECR, Cloud Watch, container insight.• All the AWS infrastructure services, AWS application services, AWS analytic services.• Experience to Setup AWS landing Zone. • Thorough knowledge on Aws Well Architect Frameworks.
Preferred Skills/Qualification: • ECS, EKS, API Gateway, LAMBDA, VPC, S3, ELB, Code Build, Code Pipeline, Code Deploy, Container insight, Cloud watch, AWS Organization.• Certification: AWS Solution Architect (Associate) or AWS Solution Architect (Professional)
