Job Description We are building a modern payment processing platform in FinTech space and in this role you will have a fantastic opportunity to learn modern tech stack around Hybrid Cloud and API first systems. This role will be involved in building customer facing functionality with a customer-first approach.

• Ability to lead and drive Public Cloud Journey and best practices in collaboration with Application Development and Architecture teams
• Staying ahead by developing new design patterns following public cloud best practices
• Design and lead continuous delivery for a multi-year technical roadmap, balancing short and log term goals
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture, design and business processes
• Expertise in Distributed application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• 5-7 years of current hands-on development and programming experience on any Object-Oriented Programming Language in either Java/Python/Groovy/Scala that are used in AWS
• Current hands-on development and programming experience in handling various AWS services in context of Hybrid Cloud Automation
• Experience with modern agile software delivery practices such as Scrum/Kanban, Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) and Automation using Jenkins or equivalent framework
• Container Orchestration using native or managed Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and/or Ansible
• Have successfully shipped products that have external APIs
• Knowledge of data persistence technologies such as SQL, No-SQL (ex. Cassandra, Dynamo DB)
• Experience with data streaming, messaging and event driven systems such as Kafka, Kinesis, AWS MSK
• Good understanding of Security principles such as OAuth, Kerberos and KMS solutions
• Any Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles such as Chaos Engineering, Observability is a plus
• Understanding of AWS well architected reviews and recommendations is a plus
• If you have any open source contributions, like to hear those as well
• College degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for the role
