Autonomous Vehicle Simulation Software Engineer

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate the team’s software engineering efforts.
- Support and/or create integration features/tools, working with other systems’ APIs.
- Maintain relationships with other teams that develop the tools that we use.
- Identify APIs required for integration.
- Focus on automating simulation processes and gaps, removing manual processes where applicable.
- Work with systems and development teams as a key stakeholder for requirements and design documentation of autonomous vehicles and their advanced systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues from the simulation, and trace failures to correct systems that include AI driving functions, sensor performance, and vehicle response.
- Support the development, execution, and analyses of scenario simulation test cases for features validation.
- Communicate test results to development teams and management and facilitate resolving of technical issues.
What We're Looking For Education:
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- Demonstrate experience managing the transition from prototype to production-level code.
- Strong C++ and Python skills.
- Previous experience in creating APIs.
- Fluency in version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Linux background.
- Knowledge of software engineering principles including requirements gathering, software design, source control management, build processes, code reviews, testing methods.
- Self-starter who is motivated to set and achieve goals and takes initiative to drive ambiguous tasks/projects to completion.
- Self-motivated, organized, flexible, and able to balance and prioritize multiple diverse tasks.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced dynamic projects
- Excellent communication skills.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English required (oral and written).

- Education: MS in Computer Science or related field
- Automotive or autonomous software experience.
- Experience with software integration and ability to perform root cause analysis in embedded systems.
- Experience with Polarion, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Strong technical writing and analysis skills.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure setup.
- Familiar with Agile work process.
