Our team operates as an innovation engine digitizing everyday work processes, unleashing mindset and unlocking capacity of employees to focus on higher value work and problem solving. The role will focus on creating and coaching squads of developers and analysts who design, build and support Automations to meet business outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities

• Lead squads to deliver and support Automation products that realize business value
• Translate business strategies into Automation product roadmaps and capabilities
• Coach and continually improve Automation squads and their products
• Develop and strengthen divisional partnerships with senior business leaders
• Collaborate across the enterprise, networking and sharing knowledge
• Develop insights on external best practices to improve internal efforts
• Provide automation input to strategic initiatives and transformation efforts
• Talent management of 3-4 direct reports and indirectly 10-15 developers
• Directly accountable for $10-$15M of value creation annually
• Travel will be required 10% of the time

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Information/ Computer related field

Required Experience and Skills

• Broad understanding of how value is created across the enterprise
• 6+ years of demonstrated leadership and strategy experience
• 2+ years working at an enterprise level with senior leaders
• Ability to lead client and offshore teams in a DevOps and Agile manner
• Significant experience in ambiguous and complex technology-oriented projects
• Strong understanding of automation technologies, solutions and underlying IT services
