Job Description:

Essential Job Functions
  • Automation QA responsibilities include both software development and testing tasks. This position requires advanced programming skills that create automation testing tools and frameworks to assist the manual testing process for production software.

  • Design and develop tests, tools, and frameworks to enable the reduction of manual testing.
  • Leads the solution delivery and implementation of programs and projects
  • Responsible for test creation, testing a large module, and/or a large component.
  • Design and develop UI, integration, regression, performance, and another testing
  • Works closely with the development team to build/maintain .Net test framework.
  • Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with a go-getter attitude.
  • Manually execute testing, if required.
  • Identifies test approaches, coverage, and requirement gaps and risks.
  • Ensures quality measures are included in the initial project design.
  • Writes detailed test strategies and plans, making full use of different test estimation techniques in assessing the best balance of coverage and efficiency for a project.
  • Ensures requirements traceability in the team and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Develops, executes, and analyzes the output from scripts that capture application and platform quality metrics.
  • Troubleshoots errors found in the test environment with help from Development teams.
  • Raises quality issues to the right levels of management using established channels of escalation.
  • May be responsible for providing technical leadership in multiple phases of a project, ensuring coordination of multiple assignments to completion, and escalating key decision points that deviate from the provided technical direction

  • Experience testing full technology stack
  • Experience with Selenium Web driver, Java
  • Experience testing Web Service APIs with manual and automation tools
  • TestNG or other Supported Testing Framework
  • Hands-on experience with SQL databases
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes, etc.)
