Cognizant has immediate opening for Automation Engineer for QEA Practice. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Someone that values the "team" and leverages the opinions and expertise of their teammates to deliver quality.
This is for our Quality Assurance Practice globally servicing 800+ Clients including 50+ clients in Fortune 100. We bring the industry leading vision and expertise to help with Quality Engineering transformation journey for our reputed clients
Cognizant will not sponsor H-1B or other U.S. work authorization, or lawful permanent residence (otherwise known as a "Green Card") for this role.
Minimum Qualification:

  • Total experience of 6+ years in software testing industry.
  • Skills required - Tosca Framework, Automation, BDD, Cucumber
  • Insurance domain knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant industry field (Required)

Job Description:

  • 6+ Yrs. of experience in test automation with at least 2+ yrs. experience in web automation using Tosca framework/Tosca BI.
  • Must have hands on experience working with Tosca framework, creation of testcase template, module, test design sheet, class, RTB and library, use of different type of parameters, PDF comparison using Tosca tool
  • Must have Tosca Automation Specialist-I & Automation Specialist -II certificate completed
  • Must have experience working in agile teams using BDD, Cucumber, Gitlab and Jenkins.
  • Should be well versed in DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
  • Added advantage if have worked as an automation architect to devise enterprise level automation solutions and frameworks with the aptitude to research, learn and new tools/technologies.
  • Insurance domain experience is added advantage.
  • Tosca -Testcase Design specialist -I, Test Design Specialist-II certification is added advantage
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Should work and support on-shore offshore model
