We are seeking a passionate Audio Test Engineer to test Zoom's audio service to improve real-time audio quality and performance
What You'll Be Doing:

• Test Zoom audio service in terms of functionality and quality
• Participate in audio troubleshooting with customers
• Create test plans, generate test cases, write test scripts
• Find, document and track bugs
• Develop Zoom audio test automation framework

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in engineering field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics
• Excellent communication skill
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of audio signal processing and speech quality evaluation technique such as PESQ is a plus
