Assembly Test and Technology Development (ATTD) is looking for a Yield Integration lead to join a team tasked with the objective of driving yield improvement across ATTD's portfolio of packaging technologies. As a Yield Integration lead, the successful candidate will set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, and demonstrate progress to key yield milestones in support of platform certification timelines.

Responsibilities will include:

• Extract insights from structured and unstructured data by quickly synthesizing large volumes of data, applying statistical methods and machine learning techniques
• Develop solutions to problems by utilizing formal education, knowledge of manufacturing process, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools
• Independently drive recommendations and influence the Yield improvement roadmap
• Monitors and evaluates completion of tasks and projects
• Work with both upstream, downstream and cross functional key partners to ensure successful transfer and ramp of new technology into HVM
• Some domestic and international travel will be needed.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or PhD degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in Materials Science and Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science or Information Systems or Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Chemistry or Physics or any other related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience of data systems and analytics, Python and applying machine learning techniques .
• Experience with SQL , Python programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing, mentoring and coaching technical engineers.
• Prior experience in yield improvement methodologies/applying machine learning techniques.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying software related to Yield reporting and automated commonality analysis.
• Detailed knowledge of substrate and/or assembly and/or fab back end processes.
• Experience working with partners to drive yield improvement.
• Prior experience in Integration, Yield or Module engineering roles.
• Experience with JMP statistic software and JSL programing language.
• Experience delivering presentations to executive audiences.
