Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems Sector Test Engineering organization is seeking an Associate Antenna Test Engineer to be an instrumental part of Northrop Grumman's Antenna Test Engineering Team at our Linthicum, MD campus. Full Time position supporting 1st shift production.
What You'll Get To Do:
- Antenna test equipment design in support of factory phased array testing
- Test software and test equipment design related to phased array testing in a Nearfield Antenna Range
- Troubleshoot RF issues during test of advanced antenna systems.
- Support technicians with troubleshooting and training
- Analyze test data and identify early trends
- Support program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions
- Collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements
- Sensitivity to cost, schedule and quality as well as Northrop Grumman policies and procedures is imperative
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in science, engineering, or other related STEM-related discipline plus a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience; an Master of Science degree in science, engineering, or other related STEM-related discipline
- Experience in electrical/hardware and/or RF troubleshooting
- Experience with test software development
- Familiarity with RF and antenna theory
- RF test experience and or antenna range experience
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret level security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Software development experience with RF and antenna systems
- Test development experience in a nearfield antenna range
- 6 months experience with non-classed AESA antenna test systemsAssoc

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $97,600.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to basepay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO)for vacation and/orpersonal business.
