What you will be doing:

• Design the application architecture and technical solutions for the FIS product
• Support the introduction of new products and solutions
• Be responsible for configuration management and maintenance for your product
• Take over the technical responsibility for the further development of the FIS product
• Support business analysts, located at FIS Germany in Munich
• Control the development at FIS India, and check the artifacts
• Support first and second level support in the customer environment
• Take responsibility for optimizing the development process

What you bring:

• Completed (technical) university studies in computer science or business informatics or an adequate IT qualification
• Several years of experience in software development
• Extensive knowledge of development tools and methods as well as the use of programming languages (C, C++, Java, ), databases (Oracle ESQL
• Good knowledge of standard platforms and operating systems, especially Linux
• The knowledge of OpenSSL library
• Strong analytical skills and high team orientation, also in distributed teams
• A very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Good to have:
  • Banking applications and banking processes knowledge
  • German language will be an asset as comments in programs are partially in German
