Application Support Developer (C#)
Based on the evolving situation with Covid-19 we are mostly remote, this includes the hiring process. We are in the process of moving to a hybrid of onsite and remote with some positions remaining 100% remote.

Arcadia is looking for an Application Support Developer (C#) to be part of the Value-Based Care Data Services team. In this vital role, you will be an integral part in helping us support and improve our internal business applications and automated processes, to help drive increased efficiencies. You will work closely with end-users from multiple areas, subject matter experts, and senior data engineers, to perform root cause analysis on reported technical incidents as well as developing new enhancements and needed features.
As an Application Support Developer (C#), you will be expected to have experience and comfort in supporting internal business applications and improving automated processes across a wide array of use cases.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months- Understand the technical environment, what the core databases are, and what applications and processes we support
In 6 months- Independently working to identify root cause issues and programming enhancements
In 12 months- Independently responsible for entire processes, to include some applications and some automated processes
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting, maintaining, and assisting with custom in-house business applications and web-based portals
- Triaging, troubleshooting, and investigating reported issues
- Working closely with Senior Data Engineers to identify and improve applications and processes
- Participating in requirements collection, analysis, definition, and documentation activities
- Learning something new every day and making a difference for "real" business users
- Documenting technical processes and communicating with multiple people of various technical levels
You'll Need To Have
- 3+ years C# programming experience in fast-paced environment with flexible project requirements
- 1-3 years developing in ASP.Net MVC
- 1-3 years working in SQL Server, including troubleshooting, and modifying stored
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with SSRS and SSIS is helpful
- Experience with coding standards, version control, etc.
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
- Experience digging into and understanding complex problems with limited info and/or guidance
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with end-users to help them be more effective
Would Love For You To Have
- Bachelor's Degree (Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other analytical discipline), or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of healthcare concepts (i.e. claims, eligibility, providers, members, diagnosis codes)
- Experience building end-to-end data-based processes with loose and flexible requirements
