Job Description

We are looking to fill this position in either Markham, ON, Canada or Raleigh, NC, USA

Responsibilities 

• Operate in an agile development team and participate in the design, development, testing, and debugging of applications. 

• Work with a technical lead and product manager to clearly define product requirements. 

• Partner with Business analyst and Product Manager in design of new applications. 

• Application design and configuration using Application Framework scripting language. 

• Data model design and presentation implementation.

Qualifications

• Management Information Systems Degree or BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline. 

• 2+ years of commercial application development experience. 

• Experience working with a variety of technology and the ability to multi-task between different projects and workflow stages 

• Passionate about developing apps that are both eye-catching and intuitive 

• Proficient in a programming language, such as C#, VB.NET, Java, C/C++ 

• Exposure to CPM software solutions (Corporate Performance Management) 

• SQL Server experience highly desirable.

• Experience in SCRUM or other agile development processes. 

• Experience with modern application development workflows and version control systems like GitHub, Gitlab, or Bitbucket.
