Job Description

Individual Profile and Preferences(IPP) functional area is part of HealthCare Business(HCB) IT Delivery, aims to transform health and wellness via products that enable consumer engagement and a best-in- class experience. IPP functional area is responsible for enterprise strategy to maintain member preferences, privacy, profile and consents, as well as the development and execution of the roadmap. A key part of this area is to build customer centric services and platform, and underlying products to drive engagement and revolutionize health and wellness.
As a Product Owner(PO) working with engineering teams and third parties, you will help manage and grow our IT Delivery support and ecosystem.
*Partner with other product owners, agile teams and Product Managers to mature the offering and ensure it exceeds the expectations of our customers and users.
*Grow your skill set and knowledge base by working alongside talented and passionate teammates from diverse backgrounds.
*Be the voice & champion of the consumer by driving the growth of our platform in a methodical orderly way.
*Help drive the team to success by working across groups to drive discussion & engagement, create & track user stories in an agile software development life cycle. *Investigate ways, partnerships, technologies to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
*Ensure internal product stakeholders needs /expectations are met and promote transparency by helping communicate through SAFe/SCRUM practice.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product development within HealthCare Domain (ideally using agile development methods)
5+ years of experience as product owner and successfully delivering results in a dynamic and complex environment
5+ years of product owner including managing business requirements, sprint and PI demos, helping Product Manager with PI Planning and prioritization of features, PI readouts
2+ years experience in managing Products under Individual Member Preferences, Profile, Privacy and Consent domain
2+ years of experience using quantitative skills with the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations.
2+ years of demonstrated experience and the ability to communicate with all levels especially leadership team.
Able to travel up to 10% for PI Planning Meetings

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
