Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and other groups to design and implement thoughtful new mobile features on client projects
- Publish new mobile app builds to the Google Play Store
- Participate in regular code reviews, client demos, and other sprint ceremonies with your project team
- Work with your team to promote best practices and ensure a high standard of quality is maintained
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience specifically focused on native mobile development
- Extensive experience with Java/Kotlin and writing tests for your code
- Experience building and shipping Android apps to the Google Play Store
- Personal projects that show an aptitude for technical excellence and a product sense for mobile applications
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with a cross-functional group
- Experience working shipping products used by thousands of users is a plus
- Some experience building web applications and services is a plus (JavaScript, Node, React)
- Experience as a remote worker with a home-based dedicated workspace (equipment such as a computer will be provided)
- Must be comfortable being online and available approximately between 9AM to 5PM CST
- Must be able to travel to Dallas, Texas or the client location as requested (at a minimum of once a quarter)
This is a remote eligible posting available everywhere in the United States except for Colorado.
