Job Description As an Anaplan Solution Architect, you will work as a lead developer, interacting directly with the Headcount and Expense Product Owner and other product managers across CFO, FP&A, Business Management, Technology and HR to build out and support Headcount & Expense Planning processes in Anaplan. You will partner with the team to support the vision and execution of a multi-year end to end transformation of all of all headcount and expense planning processes; specifically standardizing headcount data and reporting. You will partner with the Product team to determine the efficiency of current processes, gaps in capabilities, areas of refinement and enhancement, and lead the buildout of new features. You will lead the UX/UI development in the firm's strategic planning toolset, and also oversee the buildout of reporting & dashboards.
Responsibilities

  • Lead development of Anaplan models for Headcount & Expense planning
  • Manage a team of Anaplan developers and provide subject matter expertise for the tool
  • Provide technical direction and architectural guidance and best practices in model building process
  • Leverage business process knowledge and expertise in Anaplan to drive business process transformation
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop models in Anaplan, converting business problems into technical solutions
  • Influence and lead the UX / UI design and development of dashboards


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3+ years of relevant hands-on Anaplan experience and minimum 5+ years of Business Intelligence or Automation experience
  • Model Builder or Solution Architect Certification preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams and work in a fast paced, results driven environment tackling complex problems
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects and initiatives at same time
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk based on company and industry guidelines
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Financial Planning & Analysis experience is strongly preferred
