Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Agile experience preferred

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

We are looking for an Advanced Systems Engineer - Missile Defense who has extremely strong analytical and problem solving abilities interested in growing their knowledge and expertise in complex, systems of systems requirements development. You'll be a highly valued member of a team defining system requirement for the Nation's Missile Defense System. You will work as a member of a multi-disciplined team analyzing proposed system behavior changes that drive requirements to defend the Nation against a variety of missile threats. What you bring to the table:

• A Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, a related specialized area or field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; Agile experience preferred
• Working knowledge of model based systems engineering (MBSE) concepts, principles and theories
• Outstanding work-ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
