** Hiring for Data Cloud Operations Engineer located in the West Coast OR Mountain Time Zone**
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will:
Be a crucial part of the team that is responsible for keeping Zoom services running
Design and implement new AWS infrastructure with Terraform
Deploy monitoring solutions in Kubernetes
Containerize existing applications
Build CI/CD to deploy applications in Kubernetes
Ansible automation
Linux
Required Qualifications
Must be US Citizen (government focused)
Hands-on experience creating new infrastructure and running applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or extensive experience deploying and administering Kubernetes clusters
Deep understanding of a containerized and cloud-native environment
Experience deploying and maintaining logging and monitoring solutions
Conceptual understanding of the Linux operating system and experience debugging in a Linux environment
Nice to Have Software Experience
Linux (System Administration)
Debugging scalability issues of real time servers and applications
Proficient with Python and Shell scripting
Proficient with Ansible Automation tooling
Proficient with Nginx application deployment/troubleshooting
Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications
AWS Certification highly preferred
Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
Experience implementing a Git Ops workflow
Understanding of CI/CD best practices
Experience installing, configuring, and monitoring CentOS/RHEL systems
