Azure Certifications (e.g. AZ-204, AZ-104) preferred
Good understanding of designing application architecture and monitoring in Azure platform:
Event grids, Event hubs, Service bus, Azure functions, messaging architecture.
Hands on experience with Azure monitoring, Azure SQL database
Should have standard programming skills or have past hand-on experience in the following:
Technical expertise in Microsoft Technologies like .Net Framework 4.5/4.0/3.5/3.0, C#, IIS, VB.Net, Web Services, ADO, Web API, .Net Core, WCF, WPF, XML, Microsoft SQL Server.
Fair understanding of Azure DevOps, Repos etc.
Should be comfortable in integration with multiple databases across multiple environments.
Worked on N-Tier Architectures, Design Patterns like MVC (Model View Controller), Experience in developing Graphical User Interfaces using HTML, CSS
Azure AD and IAM technologies are preferred, but no mandatory.
Should have delivered CI/CD initiative end to end in container orchestration (e.g. Azure Kubernetes (AKS)
Extensive Experience working in Microservices Framework.
Enterprise-level job experience, focusing on high volume, scalability and reusability when architecting automated solutions
Experience in agile development and methodologies
Understands the relationship between Product Owner, Scrum Master, and rest of the team, with a strong sense of design thinking
Experience managing priorities within the backlog
Soft Skills
Experience in customer and stakeholder management
Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts
Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Software Engineers perform requirements analysis. They then design, develop or maintain the physical application (components) or the application environment, based on the Software Architecture (models and principles). Activities include coding, integrating, implementing, installing or changing frameworks and standard components, or technical and functional application management. A Software Engineer also develops languages, methods, frameworks and tools, and/or undertakes activities in support of server-based databases in development, test and production environments.
Required Skills and Experience:
You have mastered several Software Engineering areas, applications or database environments. You act as a Software Engineering stream leader with technical delivery ownership within a (limited) number of technology areas. You contribute to bids or client proposals based on your technological expertise. You also act as a team leader with delivery ownership, and guide individuals and groups towards desired outcomes. You actively participate in at least one community and contribute to community discussions.
• Qualification: 6 - 8 (2 years min relevant experience in the role), Bachelor's Degree.• Certification: Should have SE Level 1 and seeking level 2.• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering, Testing, Data Management, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
