Solution Lead• Exp: 8-12 years• Role and Responsibilities:
o Coordinate with the client to gather requirements
o Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
o Drive the design and architecture of the solution
o Cooperating with the UX/UI team to design the UI requirements and support in requirement analysis for user interaction design
o Coordinating with the UI team in integration of UI with backend APIs
o Translate complex business and functional requirements into technical designs
o Lead team, take initiatives, recommend improvements, mentor and guide junior team members
o Explore new technology stack which can improve the product efficiency
o Perform peer code review
o Follow and improve coding standards and define best practices• Skills:
o 5-6 experience on Full stack development and Microservices Architecture, designing and implementation of RESTful APIs
o Proven experience implementing distributed applications in a container environment (Docker/Kubernetes) along with considerable experience configuring and administrating Linux (or other Unix-like) systems
o Software engineering experience designing Enterprise Cloud Applications with Golang will be preferred
o Experience in any Databases like Postgres or any NoSQL DB like MongoDb
o Expertise in defining business architecture, business process definition & modelling, use cases, and requirements definition, and associated best practice processes for defining these artifacts
o Proven proficiency in grasping requirements and building illustrative features with minimal specifications
o Experience working in SAFe agile development environments.
o Experience in handling and leading a team of engineers to meet the project objectives
o Understanding of terraform and helm charts will be preferred
o Hands on experience in using GIT, code repository tools
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
