Job Title: Delivery Architect

Location: Virtual

COE Architect (End User Services)

Job Description:

  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs, develop Proposal, Solution, Pricing, Statement of Work
  • Lead technical solutions with clients that drive decisions, and implementation
  • Act as quality assurance during large scale implementations
  • Create architecture design for large scale implementations
  • Shape and grow strategic opportunities
  • Drive End User Services domain thought leadership
  • Collaborate with internal team in review of solutions & obtain approvals
  • Expand the footprint of the domain within existing projects
  • Continually grow and innovate in the areas and capabilities of Capgemini's End User Services to address clients' evolving business challenges
  • Provide thought Leadership (white papers, conference engagements)
  • Articulate, and solve complex problems

What You Bring:

Required:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related IT field
  • At least 10-15 years IT Consultative experience with an established IT Consulting firm
  • Experience delivering the following Microsoft Stack solutions as a Lead Architect:
    • Microsoft 365 (M365)
    • Active Directory
    • Skype/MS Teams and Telephony
    • Enterprise Mobility + Security
    • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 Cloud PC
  • At least 8+ years of experience with design and implementation of VDI software and hardware from multiple vendors
  • Strong ability to generate Deliverables such as: Assessment/Gap Analysis, Architecture Design, Proposal/Solution Documents, Statement of Work
  • Certified in one or more of Microsoft stack
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong client facing skills including listening, presentation and writing skills
  • High standard of organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Financial acumen
  • Be a self-starter and self-motivator
  • Desired:
  • Architecture experience across ALL of the Microsoft Stack of Solutions:
    • Microsoft 365 (M365)
    • Active Directory
    • Skype/MS Teams and Telephony
    • Enterprise Mobility + Security
      • Identity Management
      • Device Management
      • Data Management
  • Be known as expert in Industry, has published White Papers and POV, Blogs and other social media (LinkedIn)
