End User Services Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our End User Services team.
The candidate will play a key role in the administration, automation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring a secure, efficient, and high-performing digital workplace.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams to enhance user experience, implement new features, and drive process automation using PowerShell and modern Microsoft cloud tools.

Key accountabilities

IT professional with solid experience in Microsoft 365 administration, advanced support, and automation. Skilled in designing, implementing, and managing hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud) with a strong focus on PowerShell automation, identity management, Enterprise Applications, and cloud security.

Capable to participate in technical initiatives, optimizing processes, and supporting the digital transformation of enterprise environments.
 

Technical Skills

Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Entra ID):

• Advanced administration of users, dynamic groups, and role-based access
• Management of Enterprise Applications (SSO, provisioning, role assignments)
• Configuration of Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Protection policies
• Enterprise-level administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive

PowerShell & Automation:

• Development of advanced scripts for Microsoft 365
• Automation of provisioning, auditing, and reporting tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 PowerShell modules

Management & Support:

• Hands-on support at Level 2/3 in complex enterprise environments
• Active participation in Microsoft 365 migration and adoption projects
• Creation of technical documentation and operational best practices

Experience in process improvement, re-engineering and root-cause analysis/resolution
Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities
