About the roleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EB Support Intern to join our Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the team's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. You will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of insurtech, assisting with vital administrative tasks, claim & data administration, and client service.

Job Responsibility1. Claims & Data Administration
- Assist in tracking and monitoring claim statuses from agencies, corporates, and brokerages to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Maintain accurate records of claim data and ensure all necessary documentation is filed correctly.
2. Client Service & Communication Support
- Support in responding to administrative queries from clients and third parties to ensure swift turnaround times.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on action items with insurers and partners.
- Help triage incoming emails and redirect complex issues while handling basic inquiries.
3. Operational Support (Onboarding & Distribution)
- Manage the logistical distribution of physical and digital assets, including policy documents and member health cards.
- Track the delivery status of documents to clients and generate delivery reports.
- Assist in the administrative process of policy endorsements (member additions/deletions) by coordinating with the insurer.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of finance or audit processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or other data management tools.
- Flexible and adaptable to support ad hoc requests in a dynamic environment.
