This Position reports to:
Business Chief Financial Officer
Reporting directly to the Robotics Global Head of Tax, you will take regional responsibility for managing direct and indirect tax matters across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will shape and lead the Robotics Tax function in the region, ensuring compliance, driving tax optimization, and supporting business growth through expert guidance and strong stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate closely with global tax leadership and other regional tax teams to harmonize practices, optimize resources, and enable effective decision-making.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Regional Tax Leadership: Build and lead the Robotics Tax function in EMEA, managing Regional Tax Specialists and overseeing the regional legal and tax structure.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure tax compliance across the region, implement global tax initiatives, and establish controls, processes, and risk frameworks.
Tax Optimization: Drive effective tax rate (ETR) improvements, identify tax savings opportunities, and support simplification and efficiency initiatives.
Country Tax Responsibility: Act as Country Tax Responsible for selected countries — overseeing filings, approvals, audits, disputes, managing outsourced providers, internal controls, and other Country tax matters.
Business Advisory & Collaboration: Advise the business on tax implications of transactions, maintain strong relationships with external advisors and authorities, and collaborate with key stakeholders to support decision-making and planning.
Qualifications for the Role:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, tax, or law.
Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in direct and/or indirect tax, ideally in multinational settings.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and collaborate across functions.
Excellent analytical capability and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proven stakeholder influence and engagement experience.
