The GTIS Algorithm and Software Engineering Team is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. You will play a vital role in developing and maintaining critical software systems for automotive applications.
What You'll Do
- You will utilize Simulink for model-based design and code generation, ensuring robust and efficient software implementations.
- You need to apply a deep understanding of automotive software development standards (ISO 26262, MISRA C/C++) to ensure code safety and reliability.
- You need to adhere to established coding guidelines and best practices to maintain consistent and maintainable code.
- You need to optimize code for performance and resource efficiency, considering real-time constraints of embedded systems.
- You need to Identify, document, and report software defects using bug tracking tools
- You need to document software design, development, and testing processes.
What We're Looking For
- You with bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- You with minimum of 3 years of experience in developing embedded software for automotive applications.
- You with strong experience in Simulink for model-based design and code generation.
- You with proven understanding of automotive software development standards (ISO 26262, MISRA C/C++).
- You with experience with coding guidelines and best practices for embedded systems development.
- You have experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You have ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- You have experience with unit testing frameworks and tools a plus.
