Descripción del Puesto/de la Posición   

Actuar como el vínculo principal entre Organon y sus clientes, garantizando una comunicación excelente sobre nuestra marca, misión y valores, siempre alineado con las normas de Compliance. Este rol, será responsable por la introducción y posicionamiento de nuevos productos en el mercado de clínicas de fertilidad, trabajando estratégicamente en su lanzamiento, adopción y consolidación.

Responsabilidades  

  • Gestión de las cuentas asignadas para lograr los objetivos de venta mensual, Trimestral, Semestral y anual (Cobertura de cuotas, Crecimiento, Market Share, Índice de evolución).

  • Administración de los recursos de manera estratégica para el logro de los resultados garantizando la maximización de las inversiones y logrando el ROI.

  • Garantizar la adecuada implementación de la estrategia de Marketing.

  • Analizar y validar cumplimiento de los indicadores de visita médica, cobertura de visitas y apertura de cuentas.

  • Mantener adecuados inventarios de sus productos con clientes de Clínicas y oficinas provadas.

  • Establecer y mantener relaciones claves con médicos líderes de opinión y con las sociedades y colegios médicos de su región.

  • Trabajo Cross Funcional con las áreas de soporte de la compañía: Marketing, Medical, Comercial, Capacitación, Compliance, etc.

  • Identificar y gestionar la dinámica, actores clave y particularidades de segmento altamente especializado.

Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas 

  • Carrera universitaria concluida (Con título) en área administrativa o afín. 

  • 3+ años de experiencia en rol similar en el canal privado.

  • 3+ años de experiencia previa como ejecutivo de cuentas clave.

  • Dominio del paquete Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Habilidad para analizar herramientas de auditoría y otros indicadores (IQVIA, Mapas de ventas/demanda).

  • Familiaridad con el recorrido del paciente y ventas de alta complejidad.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar al menos 50% de su tiempo.

  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.

  • Capacidad de persuasión.

Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Deseables

  • Experiencia previa comercializando productos de fertilidad es deseable.

  • Conocimiento de sistemas CRM (como Veeva, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Trabajo colaborativo en equipo.

  • Actitud positiva.

  • Espíritu emprendedor.

  • Alta responsabilidad y autogestión.

  • Inglés intermedio.

  • Estudios de posgrado.
